 Dear C.S. Lewis ,
                            I loved your book The Chronicles of  Narnia the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe. This book was very fun and interesting to me. This book has a lot of action put in to it. It also has a lot of ups and downs. like the part with the war and how Aslan is killed  and the the kings and queens of Narnia have won the battle and freed Narnia but lost their grate friend Aslan. my most favorite character in this book is Aslan because he is very wise and very brave and always helps out the kings and queens of Narnia no matter what the cost is life or death.another reason that Aslan is my favorite character is because he always guided the kings and queens of Narnia and helped them make the write chooses.The reason i chose the video clip above was because it shows how war is and what you have to sacrifice in order to win the battle.

               This book Narnia is a very good book.I would rate this book with 10 because i like the action of this book.the best part of this book is the war between the kings and queens of Narnia and the white witch. They have a lone battle and they even lost their friend Aslan. The war is won by the kings and queens of Narnia. Narnia is finally free from the white witch and living in peace and at the end they see that Aslan is still alive. Another reason i gave this book a ten was because the wise Aslan helps they kings and queens of Narnia in the war. this is the reason this book deserves a 10.

                I chose this audio clip because it relates to the war seine and how intense it is. I think it also show the bravery of the ones how fought in the war.I also chose this sound because it shows you that the war was very hard to win and that some how fought in the war would maybe not come back alive.

I chose this quote because it is a very wise quote and it also has a lot of meaning to it. This is taking place when Narnia is finally free from the white witches clutches when the kings and queens of Narnia think that they don't deserve to rule Narnia. this is important because this will make the kings and queens of Narnia feel more confident about their selves and make all the right decision that would benefit Narnia. I predict with that the kings and queens of Narnia will never make a wrong decision and Narnia will be in a lot of peace and harmony. This quote is my most favorite quote because this quote teaches  the kings and queens of Narnia to take action in what they do and only they now what will be best for Narnia and now one else.

I chose this quote because it is basically telling you how cruel the white witch is.      this is taking place where Aslan is at he is telling them how evil/bad she is and what terrors she has done. This is important because  this is leading to the ending of the white witches power. I predict that the white witch will lose the fight to take over Narnia and the kings and queens will rule Narnia. I this quote is also one of my favorite quotes because if this quote were to be true it would of changed the whole entire story.

How is suspense built into the story? 3 inde book

          

            This book in my opinion has a lot of suspense but the most important one is when the kings and queens of Narnia are united and ready to fight for their kingdom and freedom. This is also a very said part in the book because their friend aslan the lion gets killed by the white witch. To me he died very honorably. The war is won in honor of aslan and the white witch is over thrown. To me this is the most suspense in the book because the kings and queens grew close to aslan because he was the one who helped them all unite together and save Narnia and then had to face the fact that aslan was not coming back. I also think that they all grow from this because they have to rule Narnia with out aslan help and without his great opinions on things..This also why i like this book so much this book is full of suspense.

letter to the character

    Dear Edmund,

                       Why are you going with the White Witch dont you think it is bad to be around her. I think you are making a big mistake by going with her because she has done alot of bad things to the people in Narnia. I think you should stop going with her and go with your sister Lucy. You should be with the people that will take care of you not hurt you. The White Witch is only useing you she just wants to get rid of you. Cant you tell that the witch is using you when she is giveing you food she wants you to be on her sid so that she can be unstopable. I think you should go and tell the others that Lucy isnt liying to them that she is telling the truth and that they should go see for them selves that lucy isnt lying to them. That would be the right thing to do dont you think so. Think about it what would be the right thing to do.

Juanita fights the school board by Gloria Velasquez

I finish reading this book Juanita fights the school board. It is about a girl that get in to a fight for the first time and the school kick her out. She was very sad because she was gonna be the one who graduate in her familly. She meet a lady named Ms.Martines that tell her that she could take it to the schoolboard because the school did to her was wrong. What i take about this book is not to give up when our hope is lose. This book connect to Mount Everest because the poeple who really like climb Everest will never give up. I hope all of people who read this book will enjoy it as much as i did.

Reflection independent reading book #2

My second independent book was amazing. I realy loved this book because the book was very detailed. In the end Juanita won the case and went back to her high school to be the first one in her family to graduate and may be go to college. This book was also very intence and full of  intorsting facts. I think this would be a really amazing book for anyone to read.I wonder how this writer made such a graet book.The main character was very gracios with everyone that she meet and she was supported by her freinds and family. I think the main charactar has grown alot she has changed her aspect of just graduateing she starts seeing how school is very important to them. This is what i am looking for in my next inde book.

Inde book 2

Ny inde book is called juanita fights the school bord.this book is very introsting and it is unfair to janita.at first when they tell juanita she is going to get kicked but then she gains hope when a counsliler starts to tell her that she can fight to stay in that school.i can relat to that because when some tells me bad news i am sad and hope less. The thing that i like the most is that she finds hope and dont give up. That is why i like this book so much.

Next independent read book

My next independent reading book will be Juanita fights the School Board by Gloria Velasques. I think that this book is going to be a really good book to read. so far i have read the first ten pgs and it sounds very introsting. I think this book is going to be very intence. so far i think this book is very un far to Juanita because of one fight the school border wants to kick her out of the holl inter school district i think they coould just suspend her for a weak but kick her out that is not right I think she will fight to stay in that school and graduate.That is why i chose this book to read.

This book is about a girl that is getting kicked out of school because of a fight and now she is sad because she was going to be the 1st one in her family to graduate from high school but with the news that she just got she was disapointed. She also dosent want her family to find out about this because they will end up being disapointed at her or very mad at her. This book is more of a human vs. human personifiction. I think this book is going to be very introsting from what i have read so far. I think she is going to protest on what they did to her and she is going to go back to her school and graduate and be the first one in her family to graduate from high school. I think that she is going to make a change in the school and make a very good diference in schools.  

conetion betwen one book and another text

A conection that I can make with 2 books and their texts would be the dairy of a wimpy kid and freak the mighty.The text would be when they say they are not good at anything.I chose this because they end up proving them selves wrong.they are also real good books with adventures in the witch i realy like alot. My freinds also like the  books for their importance in that text. The text are realy close to each other because the talk about how they cant do anything right and that they are never going to be good at anything in their lives. But ion the end one is a sad ending and the other is a good ending. That is why I picked these 2 texts.

Freak the Mighty

Wow Freak the Mighty was very intense I would have never thought it would end that way that was a shocker. Well you should know what happened in the book so here it is one of the main characters Freak ands up dieing and Maxes dad just ends up being arrested and going back to jail. Max was very upset and said when he found out that Freak his best friend had past away  he started kicking people out of all his anger. I thought that was the sadist part of the book and also the intense part. This is has got to be one of the greatest and sadist books I have read yet in my reading life. I would real recommend you people to read this book and hopefully like this book just like me. This was all of Freak the Mighty. I hope that their will be other books just like this one and just as intense.  

Freak the Mighty

My forth independent reading book is Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick. I just finished reading the climax of the book it is very intense max is being kid napped by his own father that he barley even meet I just can’t watt to see what happens next. This is what I have been reading this winter break and my winter break has been very good I got a lot of cool presents and had a very happy new year. I have learned new things during this break. Now back to my book Freak the Mighty I think that this novel is great for young people because it is a very adventures book. I am hopping to finish this book by tomorrow and find out what happens to max and his good friend witch he calls freak. I wonder if someone dies and if freak and max live happy lives.
