If the Witch knew the true meaning of sacrifice, she might have interpreted the deep magic differently. That when a willing victim who has committed no treachery, is killed in a traitor's stead, the stone table will crack, and even death itself would turn backwards. pg.110 -Aslan | I chose this quote because it is basically telling you how cruel the white witch is. this is taking place where Aslan is at he is telling them how evil/bad she is and what terrors she has done. This is important because this is leading to the ending of the white witches power. I predict that the white witch will lose the fight to take over Narnia and the kings and queens will rule Narnia. I this quote is also one of my favorite quotes because if this quote were to be true it would of changed the whole entire story. |
