I chose this quote because it is basically telling you how cruel the white witch is.      this is taking place where Aslan is at he is telling them how evil/bad she is and what terrors she has done. This is important because  this is leading to the ending of the white witches power. I predict that the white witch will lose the fight to take over Narnia and the kings and queens will rule Narnia. I this quote is also one of my favorite quotes because if this quote were to be true it would of changed the whole entire story.

How is suspense built into the story? 3 inde book

          

            This book in my opinion has a lot of suspense but the most important one is when the kings and queens of Narnia are united and ready to fight for their kingdom and freedom. This is also a very said part in the book because their friend aslan the lion gets killed by the white witch. To me he died very honorably. The war is won in honor of aslan and the white witch is over thrown. To me this is the most suspense in the book because the kings and queens grew close to aslan because he was the one who helped them all unite together and save Narnia and then had to face the fact that aslan was not coming back. I also think that they all grow from this because they have to rule Narnia with out aslan help and without his great opinions on things..This also why i like this book so much this book is full of suspense.

letter to the character

    Dear Edmund,

                       Why are you going with the White Witch dont you think it is bad to be around her. I think you are making a big mistake by going with her because she has done alot of bad things to the people in Narnia. I think you should stop going with her and go with your sister Lucy. You should be with the people that will take care of you not hurt you. The White Witch is only useing you she just wants to get rid of you. Cant you tell that the witch is using you when she is giveing you food she wants you to be on her sid so that she can be unstopable. I think you should go and tell the others that Lucy isnt liying to them that she is telling the truth and that they should go see for them selves that lucy isnt lying to them. That would be the right thing to do dont you think so. Think about it what would be the right thing to do.

Juanita fights the school board by Gloria Velasquez

I finish reading this book Juanita fights the school board. It is about a girl that get in to a fight for the first time and the school kick her out. She was very sad because she was gonna be the one who graduate in her familly. She meet a lady named Ms.Martines that tell her that she could take it to the schoolboard because the school did to her was wrong. What i take about this book is not to give up when our hope is lose. This book connect to Mount Everest because the poeple who really like climb Everest will never give up. I hope all of people who read this book will enjoy it as much as i did.

Reflection independent reading book #2

My second independent book was amazing. I realy loved this book because the book was very detailed. In the end Juanita won the case and went back to her high school to be the first one in her family to graduate and may be go to college. This book was also very intence and full of  intorsting facts. I think this would be a really amazing book for anyone to read.I wonder how this writer made such a graet book.The main character was very gracios with everyone that she meet and she was supported by her freinds and family. I think the main charactar has grown alot she has changed her aspect of just graduateing she starts seeing how school is very important to them. This is what i am looking for in my next inde book.

Inde book 2

Ny inde book is called juanita fights the school bord.this book is very introsting and it is unfair to janita.at first when they tell juanita she is going to get kicked but then she gains hope when a counsliler starts to tell her that she can fight to stay in that school.i can relat to that because when some tells me bad news i am sad and hope less. The thing that i like the most is that she finds hope and dont give up. That is why i like this book so much.
